01Who can use VnMeet

• You must be 18 or older. We delete accounts of anyone under 18 as soon as we learn of them.
• One account per person, with your real name, real photos of yourself and a verified Vietnamese phone number, as Decree 147/2024/ND-CP requires.
• You may not use VnMeet if we have banned you before.

02Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.

03Premium and payments

• Premium is a 1, 3, 6 or 12-month subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your VnMeet account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Use “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen to get a subscription back on a new phone.

04Conduct

You agree to follow the Community rules. No scams, asking for money, harassment, sexual images, advertising, pretending to be someone else, or using VnMeet for prostitution or anything else illegal under Vietnamese law.

05Your content

Your photos, profile text and messages stay yours. You let us store them, show them to other members according to your settings, and moderate them (including automatic checks) to run VnMeet and keep it safe. We keep every photo uploaded, even after you delete it, as the Privacy policy explains.

06Moderation, suspension and termination

We may hide content, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community rules, and report to the authorities where the law requires. New accounts may wait for review before others can see them.

07Meeting safely

We don't run background checks on members. Meet in public, tell a friend, and never send money to someone you met online.

08Liability

VnMeet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how members behave, in the app or outside it.

09Changes and governing law

When we make important changes we tell you in the app and ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Contact: support@bizmot.com.
