How do I pay?
Premium is bought inside the app with your Apple ID or Google account. We never see your card details.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, for the same length and price, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. If something went wrong, write to support@bizmot.com and we’ll help.
I changed phones. Is Premium lost?
No. Sign in with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
Does deleting my account cancel Premium?
No. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings as well.
Is safety a paid feature?
Never. Verification, blocking, reporting and every privacy setting are free for everyone.
